Fantastic Faces was established in 2016 by Hull artist Milly Rose. Taking her professional face painting, glitter designs and body art around East Yorkshire proved very popular, which soon led to the business taking on new team members, expanding its reach across the region and setting up a fantastic office, workshop and events space at the K3 Business Park; a space that is able to host children’s events for up to 15 kids.

In 2019, company director Milly Rose was honoured to be the recipient for the Prince's Trust Award for Enterprise in Yorkshire and the Humber.
